🧠 Mental Health Awareness Week📚 …and it’s also SATs and exam season for so many young people.

Right now, thousands of children are sitting in classrooms, feeling the pressure that comes with tests and performance. For some, it’s a manageable challenge. For others, it’s overwhelming.

As a coach working with young people, I see first-hand how easily stress, anxiety, and self-doubt can creep in — especially during this time of year.

So this week, let’s double down on compassion over comparison. Let’s remind young people that:
💬 Their worth is not defined by a score.
💬 It’s okay to feel nervous, tired, or unsure.
💬 Talking about mental health is not a weakness — it’s strength.

To teachers, parents, and school staff: thank you for the calm, care, and encouragement you’re offering this week.
To the young people: you are doing your best — and that is enough. 💚
