This week is Anti-Bullying Week, and on Thursday we celebrate World Kindness Day — both powerful opportunities for schools to reflect on the environments we create for young people.
Kindness and inclusion aren’t just values; they are daily practices that can transform the culture of a school. Through my coaching and mentoring work, I help young people:
* build self-awareness and confidence
* develop empathy and emotional regulation
* find their voice and strengthen peer relationships
When young people feel seen, heard and valued, incidents of bullying decrease — and wellbeing, engagement and achievement all rise.
I’m currently commissioned by local authorities and schools to support students through evidence-based coaching rooted in Positive Psychology. If your school is exploring ways to strengthen wellbeing or address bullying in a proactive way, I’d love to connect and share how this approach can help.
Let’s make kindness part of the culture, not just a theme
