So, it’s World Wellbeing Week this week. How’s your wellbeing doing? I’m guessing that if you’re working in schools right now, not great.
With the weather actually being kind and the evenings lighter, just try to get out for a 10 minute walk, ideally in some green space. My walk today consisted of one very small cute mouse, amazing smells of mock orange and some polite smiles and nods of ‘hello’.
Wow! Isn’t the natural world great.
Your young person feeling down in the dumps? It’s amazing how many young people are also now choosing to walk to help calm themselves. It really works!
