World Mental Health Day

We all have mental health. For most of us, it dips and rises from day to day, influenced by things like our family lives, social interactions and even our hormones. Feeling down, stressed or anxious is natural.

For so many young people, these feelings can be overwhelming, which in turn can lead to bigger mental health problems in the future.

That’s why our young people need access to safe, supported adults who will listen when they need us. It poses a real issue for busy teachers in schools.

More is needed to ease the pressure on teachers whilst meeting the needs of our children. We must invest in the external support so desperately needed.
