International Day of Happiness

No pressure today but…How do we try and improve the happiness of ourselves and our children?

Rendel and Messenger talk a lot about getting a ‘Daily Dose’ of our feel-good chemicals: Exercise, spending time outside, laughing with friends and family. The most important thing is to find out what works best for the individual, helping them feel more positive about themselves and be at their best whatever life challenges are faced eg. New clubs, positive connections with others and exploring physical and sensory needs. Spending a little time on this can make a huge difference in the future.
