🌻🐣 Easter is almost here—time for chocolate overload! But have you ever thought about a fun, wellbeing-boosting alternative?
Last year, instead of just gifting my niece & nephew Easter eggs, we started a Sunflower Challenge! 🌱 Each family member got a seed, and we had a friendly competition to see who could grow the tallest sunflower. Weekly updates kept everyone engaged, and (almost) all of them survived—except for poor Uncie’s, which fell victim to a rogue pigeon! 🐦
Not only was it a healthier alternative, but it also taught patience, care, and responsibility—key ingredients for good wellbeing!
This year, some children won’t receive an Easter egg. 💛 Why not help by giving sunflower seeds to your class or school, so every child has something special to grow and nurture? A small gesture can plant big smiles! 🌻
