ts 23.50 on Friday night and I’m only just posting for this week – where did the week go?

I squeezed in my only walk of the week at around 6pm and took this photo of the forget-me-knots – not for this post you understand, but to reassure myself that I did remember what one looked like!

I spend my days talking about and working with young people’s mental health but what about you – the staff working with these young people? We’ve all heard of the expression, ‘put your own gas mask on first’. Getting outside and having a walk is usually top of the list of self-help strategies good mental health and wellbeing. So with wet proofs at the ready, see if you can stop working for long enough this weekend to get outside and take a picture to make us all smile.
